How do I place an order for a box?

You can place an order through the Kelly's customer portal to request the items or services you need.

Placing an order

1. Log in to the Kelly's customer portal.
2. On the home page search for the box barcode.
3. When you have found the box select either collect or deliver which will add the box to your basket in the top right hand corner.
4. Add more boxes to the order should you need multiple collections or deliveries
5. Click on the cart and select send order, this will ask you to review the address before proceeding.
6. You will not be asked to select a specific date, we will always collect or delivery the next working day as long as you order before 4pm.
